OK, maybe not all of us. Just fans of high camp trash, cheesy guilty pleasures, fictionalised versions of the Royal Family and Joan Collins. The Royals premieres on the E! channel in the US this Sunday and (along with the non appearance of Top Gear) promises to be the weekend most talked about TV show. Bearing the taglines in the monarchy and original celebrity family it arrives in the UK on 25 March. Here the 12 things we know about it so far 1. He plays Prince Liam (see what they did there?), a womaniser whose current girlfriend Ophelia is daughter of the head of royal security. Yes, he the staff 5. Prince Liam has a twin sister, Princess Eleanor, played by Home Away alumnus Alexandra Park a dead ringer for the Middleton sisters. Eleanor is the renegade royal: a drug taking, wild child who gets snapped naked on tabloid front pages and has snogged a member of the Cabinet. A footballer is spotted escaping naked from her bedroom window. 6. Their cousins are comedy double act Princess Penelope and Princess Maribel blatantly based on Beatrice and Eugenie, complete with novelty millinery. Joan Collins in The Royals 7. The mighty Joan Collins plays Helena mother, the Grand Duchess of Oxford. Any resemblance to Maggie Smith's Dowager Countess in Downton Abbey is totally coincidental. 8.
