Anne Marie Bond grabbed the 86 year old woman and forced her into a room at a care home. When a colleague confronted ray bean Bond, 54, she called them a "fg martyr" and joked about overmedicating patients. Bond said she would "pee herself laughing" if the patient died during the night. Her behaviour was finally reported by another nurse and two healthcare assistants. The incident took place during a night shift at Udston Hospital in Hamilton on September 20 last year. The panel heard that Bond had "grabbed an elderly patient with severe dementia and used force to move her from the corridor into her room". Three of bond's colleagues witnessed the incident, which happened after the rb ray ban woman became agitated and came out of her room. All three heard Bond mutter that the patient was an "old c". The colleague claimed Bond had said she had also double dosed another patient to make sure she didn't use the alarm system. Bond told the panel in private that she was not "in a right frame of mind" during the incidents due to "personal circumstances". After hearing evidence over two days, Bond, of Coatbridge, Lanarkshire, was given a 12 month suspension order.
